Please bring a valid insurance card or document and we will try to direct bill your insurance provider for your eye exams and eye wear purchases. Please note that certain plans may not allow for direct billing and in the event you will be required to submit your own claim

Children 19 and under and insured for one (1) comprehensive eye exam under OHIP (Ontario health card).

As of September 1, 2023, patients 65 years and older are insured for one comprehensive eye exam every 18 months ( Certain medical conditions such as diabetes are insured annually) A valid card must be presented at time of service.
